Where exactly did he make negative remarks?? I think he raises an interesting issue. And at least he actually made a point, unless most of the posts in the latter part of this thread (-> Yawn)

I'm a woman, straight, and I don't fnd the idea of experimenting with another woman disgusting. I don't have any great desire to do it, either, but it certainly doesn't repulse me.

That is the essence of "heterosexual". Where are the heterosexual women in the straight male mode? Who only want to have sex with men, no "ifs", "ands" or "buts"?

No - I see your point, but I don't agree. Just because I don't find the idea of being with a woman repulsive, doesn't mean I want to do it. I don't, in fact. I just don't feel strongly enough about it to find the idea disgusting.

I **don't** ever consider the possibility of having sex with another woman. I merely said that I don't find the idea repulsive. No woman, however sexy and attractive, can 'make' me want to have sex with her. Or even fantasise about it.

I'm 99.9% certain that I'll never meet a woman I'm sexually attracted to. I'm old enough and experienced enough to be able to say that with confidence. I've never come anywhere close to being sexually attracted to any woman I've ever met.

I don't think that to be straight, you **have** to find the idea of sex with the same gender repellent. I don't think that you have to be 'nauseated' by the idea. I don't think you have to find it 'unnatural'. I don't. I just don't want to do it.

I've never made out with a woman, in public or otherwise, so I can't comment on why some women do it so often.


And quite honestly, I think the fact that many/most/all straight women are not revolted by same-sex sex when so many straight men find it revolting (and, to be fair, when so many gay men find the idea of sex with women revolting) says a lot for women's emotional maturity. ;)
