i live with my ex who up till last week was still cuddling into me in bed and occasionally told me he loved me still but now hesbeen slaggin me off on a chat site to a friend of mine sayin vile vile stuff of which non of it is true and i ju dont know what to do.

i still have very strong feelings for him but after seeing whats been said i dont want to have these feelings. doesnt help that we still live together i know but im sortingthat lol

what would you guys do? cause he doesnt know i know or anything x

I think you need to move out of there FAST cause living with an ex who doesn't have any feelings towards you becomes a shitty disaster for you in the end. Who is the one talking crap about you the ex or your friend?

Continuing to live with your ex will most likely grow worse the more you stay.

This is just toxic for you.

You need to remove yourself from this and begin to move-on.

If he was still cuddling with you and saying he loved you then how much of an ex could he have been? But if that's all ended, then it may be best to move on now. Especially if he's saying nasty things about you, to a friend of yours no less.

If you have another place to go, you should get out of there as fast as you can. And if you don't, start looking for one. Set the record straight with your friend if necessary. If you still have strong feelings about him, then it couldn't hurt to talk to him about it and hear him out. But if he's not interested in working things out then you shouldn't torture yourself by hanging onto feelings for him.

Fairly simple, move out, try and forget him and start looking for new guys to date. If you let him hurt you its your fault, he is an ex, so stop living in the same house.

Give him some ice-cream laced with a generous dollop of ex-lax.

There's no excuse to still be living with your ex. Does he support you? You just need to move out and stop feeling sorry for yourself--it's over.

I met a guy once who totally trashed his ex but yet they still lived together while the ex came to grips with the end of their relationship. He really made the ex look bad in other peoples' eyes, until he finally left after about 6 months.

No, he does not support me we are both very independant have our own wages and everythin so no its not that

Split as soon as you can. I'm a little worried about the friend and how he got the ex to talk about you and what he did about it.
