How much do you believe that Jerry Sandusky is guilty of charges?

I believe he is guilty of doing what he is accused of, but that the victims will probably milk this for every penny they can get.

I agree with what bw92116 says ^... There is most likely a something that happened... but then there are also people that make things up in order to get a payout from lawsuits against the University.. It's all ugly however you look at it..

In my opinion, the survivors are entitled to every dime they can wring out of Jerry Sandusky. Money can't change the fact that they were raped, but it can help in costs towards therapy and treatment.

The guy is innocent until proven guilty. I understand the assistant who supposedly was an eyewitness is having credibility issues. So, it may come down to their word against his.

^^^ - Yeah, the assistant seems a little messed up. First of all, if I saw some adult molesting a boy in the shower. I would separate the two, call the police and report the guy. Apparently all he did was slam his locker shut and then went and told Paterno.

I don't think there's any doubt, he even as much as admitted it on a previous occasion. There's way too much detail out there for it all to be made up.

There are so many charges from so many different boys, that I feel that something happened. How many accusations are true, and how many are inflated or false, will come out in court. Some of his answers during interviews are a bit disturbing. The most absurd explanation given by his lawyer was that he showered with boys to teach them good hygiene. If I had to bet on it, I think he will spend time in prison.
