How much do you love ranch dressing?

I believe you can still buy Green Goddess. I'm pretty certain Wishbone still sells it.

As for ranch, I agree that Hidden Valley packets are the way to go. Basically, we are getting a garlic and salt fix with enough herbs to make it fly.

Lots of chefs like to deride ranch because it IS so popular, but it has a following for a reason.

I think ranch dressing is an unsophisticated version of blue cheese :lol: that's why kids like it.
