  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

how much weight will you gain by New Year's Day?

Zero, or less.

It's a busy time for me, and I wont be eating all the crap "normal" folks do....

I usually lose weight over Christmas. Don't ask me how -
I don't know either.

I really hope that doesn't happen this year. I could stand to gain a pound or two, but lose...? No thanks.

*waits for screams of agony from the diet squad*

No weight gain for this kid.
I am kinda obsessed about my weight, so I intensify my workout and run that extra little to offset any over eating and drinking I will probably do.

I'm quitting cigarettes...

between that and the eggnog and cookies and pies...

My waistline is in trouble...

Now ask me if I care...

Or course I care, I am gay ya know...

I just got back from a nearly-two-week vacation. And seven days of it was on a cruise ship, which is basically a floating 24-hour all-you-can-eat buffet.

I kept the weight gain down to four pounds. And I'm pretty sure I can lose that before the year's over. I'll keep you informed.

I'll probably start to lose weight as soon as finals are over (tomorrow!) and I have time to cook again.

I hope none.

I exercise six days a week.

Its not possible for me to gain weight. Its kind of a curse and a gift.

five lbs probably.

It's okay, I can lose pretty quick.

Story of my life- BA-BOON-CHING!

No gain here.

Like some others have said, a bit of extra exercise will offset any additional over indulgence.

Not a pound.

As a former overweight person, I have it all under control. As Rex Smith said back when I was a kid "if you're gonna eat like a horse, exercise like one."

I don't exercise but I hardly eat anything either.

I don't really over indulge at xmas so i'm guessing i'll probably stay the same.
