  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

How often do you change your bed sheets?

I only have one bed sheet and wash it once a week.

I don't have sheets anymore...big waste of time. I just sleep in pajamas and wrap myself in a comforter. I wash the comforter when it starts smelling; I throw out my pillows when they smell and get new ones. My bed has a slipcover on it if I ever make a really big mess like spilling a glass of soda.

But I don't have sex in my bed, and I masturbate very neatly... it very rarely gets on the comforter or the bed.

I change my sheets once a week on Fridays. I never have sex in the bed I sleep in. I use one of my other bedrooms for that and change those after any activity they may see.....which hasn't been much lately.

We change them a couple of times a week

Once a week....

I LUV that fresh Downey smell, and since I'll never have sex again, every 7 days is enough,,,, ;)

Why would you assume I'd do it in the shower? It may start there, but hell, I like nothing better than a long fucking session in bed that ends in spunky sheets... just the smell in the morning of dried cum will make me horny again :-)

When it starts to smell so bad the smell starts interfering with electrical equipment.

I can never be bothered to change them, my Mum does my washing and she complains i don't change them often enough.

You guys are all so fastidious, changing your sheets a couple of times a week!

I used to change mine once a week, but no longer. Too much work, and it wears out the sheets before their time. I now launder the sheets once a month, but every weekend I straighten the bed so everything is tidy and unwrinkled. I sleep in a T-shirt and undies, and that really helps keep the bedding clean.

Having said that, I just did a major overhaul on my bed last weekend. Washed and bleached the mattress pad and pillow covers, changed the duvet cover (I use it over a down comforter), changed the sheets, and now everything is April fresh! ..|

Whenever the man I care for the most comes to town and we make love. I change them the morning he gets here. That way, when he leaves, his scent is still around for awhile.
My current FB -- we do it out of bed.

I change them once a week religiously. I'd change them more often if I had the time and it weren't such a hassle to wrestle them on and off the bed. I love nothing more than the smell and feel of clean sheets.

Whenever I get around to it... which is usually once a month or so. I don't do anything terribly dirty in my bed, and I never sweat (I'm always really cold at night!) so it's not usually a problem. Mostly it just bugs me when the sheets become too lose and start to ride up over the mattress... then I change them.

Utterly randomly, I'm currently listening to "Clean Sheets" by the Descendents.

Too much work, and it wears out the sheets before their time.

Here's what you do, buddy: next time you jack off, instead of doing it in front of the computer, take your laptop to bed with you, lube up your dick and ass, roll from one side to the other, from top to bottom, precum all over your sheets, get nice and sweaty and in the heat of passion, just let a load fly. Now, imagine two guys doing that. Wouldn't that change your mind about your bed linens only needing monthly laundering?

As for the sheets wearing out before their time, well, you're loaded, you can afford it.

:D

Whenever I get that itchy feeling, which is a sign I need to change them or when they're visibly dirty. If it looks clean, feels clean, smells clean, then they're clean... that's my motto.

Once a week, more or less.

If I'm expecting a "guest" I definitely change the sheets.

you people are literally sleeping in your own filth... literally kilograms of moisture, dead skin cells, mites that live off the dead skin cells, and mite shit that has been produced by the mites eating your skin... not to mention countless bacteria.

No but seriously, who cares about that shit?

Joshua.....

Have you considered bathing..at least as often as you refresh your sheets?
That might lead to getting laid....and the need to refresh the sheets.

Hotdog, how delightful, your bed clothes are and smell April fresh....Butt,
are you aware that you wrote this post on JUNE 5th?...

Maybe Hotdog and Joshua should become roomies? Check with Gameover,
he probably has extra rooms.
