How Often Do You Watch Reels and Short Videos?

I always get videos of animals being attacked and eaten by other animals or bird videos. I always click not interested, and it goes away for a while.
I watch both Reels on Instagram and Shorts on YouTube. How often? About every other night as part of my bedtime ritual I scroll on Instagram for about 30 minutes or more. Then daily I check out the Shorts posted from those accounts I subscribe to in order to get their longer form video (usually 10 to 20 minutes). I intentionally stay away from the TicToc App because of the whole don't-trust-the-chineese-government thingy.
