At age of 14-18.......I was SOOOOOOOOOOO SMART!!!!!

I knew everything( or at least I thought I knew everything).

I was able to see all the flaws of society and I had the answer to most of the world's problems.

When I was about age 20.........I began to realize that I didn't know much.

At what age did you realize that you didn't know everything?

Never?

I never really believed I knew everything and/or I was invincible.

Yeah... me too.

Whenever I read a controversial post here or elsewhere on the internet, I'll say "I have a strong opinion about this!! Let me write about it!!" And then halfway through typing, I realize all the holes and issues with my opinion and go "Huh, I guess I don't really know what's going on. Let me think some more about this."

I may have initial thoughts, but I'm hardly closed off to the option that I may be wrong. People in my family say that I'm a know it all and really stubborn, which pisses me off. They just don't know that every time I argue with them and stop partway through, it's because I've realized I was wrong. They only remember the times I kept arguing forever because I knew I was right. =/

So yeah, that came off as angsty and teenagery. The point is, I tend to rant and think through everything I say, so people think that since I talk so much about one side I must be anchored in it, and that's not true.

Right after I joined JUB I realized I knew everything.

I'm smarter than your average bear. Never really thought of myself as a "know it all" but I know a lot of useless and useful information.

Around 23, really.

I still think I know a fair amount, and like to think I'm well informed, but I do know that there is still a lot out there for me to learn.

Life is a constant learning process, and I never thought you stop learning or learn to know "everything" at some point.

I knew I couldnt know everything and still know I dont. If we did we'd al be rich. Fortunately I do have all the basic skills including mechanical and other as well as how to use bottoms for my sexual enjoyment.

I know if the other posters in CE&P could vote for me they would go with "I still know EVERYTHING" and yet I would go with i knew I never knew everything.

I became aware of the wisdom I was taking for granted in my life like my father for instance around the time i was 33.

I dunno if that is the same thing.

I still think i can take any situation and logically find a way to fix it or go forward towards a goal. <shrug>

I think after being an RA when I was 20 made me realize I don't know everything and it is important to acknowledge what you don't comprehend. I'm still a sharp cookie and love to expound my knowledge but there is a lot I don't know about.
