In Chicago, you can shoot someone and leave them for dead and get away with it as long as there are other people who are all shooting at each other -- they call it "mutual combat" and don't prosecute:

It's the cops who came up with the "Mutual combatants" accusation, though you seem to be operating just like Fox and misrepresented who said what, implying some kind of what, tolerance of gang murders?

At least the Fox article mentions (barely, at the bottom) that's not what the DA said. Unlike you.
