Hello,

So this summer I am going to Scotland to visit a friend who I met last year here in the states. I am going to be staying for a bit and she plans on taking me to other countries (Namely England, Germany and France).

As it happens, I have a huge European fetish, unfortunately one I have never been able to act out because well, I don't know any European men where I live. So I am definitely hoping to hook up with one...or two haha. I'd love to get into a relationship with a guy but if it doesn't happen, I won't be too incredibly bummed as I would be heading back home in a month anyways. So...does anyone have any advice?

I'm curious as to how to meet a guy who would perhaps want to have a bit of fun. Gay or "straight," it doesn't particularly matter to me. I just really want it to happen. I was thinking bars or clubs are the way to go, but I was thinking perhaps looking somewhere...cleaner, so to speak. I am a pretty big flirt so I was also curious as to how far I can push my limits with someone before they get upset.

Also, if you have been to Europe and hooked up with a guy, share your story. I am interested in how you met, what happened, if you are still friends, etc. Thanks for the help!

Bars or clubs wouldn't be that bad a way to go, to be honest. Whereabouts in Scotland will you be? Only other advice I can give you for the rest of the countries would be perhaps to try lonely planet or gay travel guides that can advise on where to go to be safe and how to behave.
