On the Prowl
So I've been running for the better part of five months now - I've gained a decent amount of leg and arm muscle, and also stomach (abs?) muscle. I'm starting to look more like a 20 year old. 
Anyway, despite all of this muscle I'm gaining, my gut still sticks out - if I suck it in you can see where the muscle is building, you can see the abs taking form. But it's been like that for a few months now, with seemingly nothing changing.
Any ideas on other things I can do? I've been told constantly sucking in my gut while doing anything from typing this post to standing around can help it take shape; but it's a hell of a lot of work to do so, it's really hard to remember to suck it in the moment something 0.5% more interesting happens.
