I knew a few guys in college who had a bigger prob than you did -- their swim classes were held naked! Guys only, no suits at all!

Two Points: (1) Dont Shave...its draws attention; thats what you wish to avoid. (2) If indeed you are quiet and rather unnoticed then you have nothing to lose. It is the loud social-climber types that have something at stake--a pretentious reputation built on the facade of 'I have a big pee pee and all the chicks dig me.' They won't even notice you. Trust me. If you are this paranoid, most of the boys in your class are at least as paranoid if not more that they will be exposed. I say bare it all. It is liberating and sensual. They will feel inadequate (regardless of your package size) because they will think 'even so and so shows his junk and I am popular and wont....etc'. Good Luck! Please let us know what happens.

well i actually was on my schools swim team, and i did notice that the guys who didnt want to expose themselves would cover themselves with their towels as they would change........im going to give you a lesson, free of charge of course. try to keep up.
step 1. (to take casual clothes off) wrap towel around your waist while still wearing pants and or considering how much you're really trippin out about this possibly your swimsuit as well. =/
then pull down on your pants/shorts/sweats etc. while making sure not to bring down your swimsuit as well.
step 2. now that you have your pants off and your swim suit still on, you should release the towel because now my friend, you have hopefully taken off your clothes without exposing yourself succesfully.
now to change from your swimsuit, just apply the same principle idea behind our first trick, and wrap towel again, drop trou.and put your pants up =]
as for avoiding the guys and how to react. don't stare cuz they will hit you. and just act as "cool" as possible.
and don't shave your pubes =/ ...... embrace the trim, love the trim, be the trim.....

1. Its time to get used to other guys seeing you naked. I got used to it when I was a Freshmen in high school.
2. You won't get a boner. I don't know why, but you won't. I was always afraid of that but it never happened.
3. Shave, trim, do whatever you want. All of the straight guys seem to be doing it nowadays as well.

Interesting thread.
I grew up in Chicago and all summer long as a kid I took swin classes at the nearby high school and we all swam nude. We'd shower, line up for inspection to make sure we were clean (to keep the pool clean) and swim.
The only time that was problematic was when I got bumped up to an advanced class where the guys all had hair and I didn't yet. Interestingly, that was perhaps where I had my first sexual fantasy.
In high school it was the same except there were so many of us going through the locker room and showers and line up that inadvertent touching always happened. No on thought anything of it.
Swimming was for Freshmen only. The last three years after gym class the strange guys were the ones who tried to avoid being seen. And as someone noted, yes, everyone looked at everyone and everyone pretended they didn't.
There were rumors of guys getting hard ons but no one ever actually saw one, really the locker room scene at that age was really asexual. It was a great equalizer in some ways. Some guys used to show off a bit but that was where you realize that everyone is about the same size and that was really a comfort. You also learn that all this talk about 7 and 8 and 9 inches etc is just plain bull shit and you starting getting to the big numbers it would be a damned inconvenience anyway.
It is somewhat interesting now as an adult to watch which guys are comfortable in locker rooms (and size has nothing to do with it, or looks, some people just aren't comfortable I guess) and I am amazed at the number of guys who save their pubes. Hell, one guy sits in the sauna and does it. The sauna is a great world in its own, some guys come in all bundled up - I am one of those who brings a towel to sit on and some magazine to read and don't mind having a conversation with other naked guys.
