How you like your butter?

I generally mix it half and half with olive oil to reduce the amount of cholesterol. However, I don't do that when I make desserts, like English Toffee, which I make with unsalted butter and no added salt. I limit this to once a year.
 
Well how come the link is to American toffee? I'm sure it is great but we don't do cups or corn syrup.
 
I normally use peanut butter on toast in the morning, but every now and then I buy cinnamon raisin bread, and I have to have real butter for that. Its a thing from my childhood.
