How's Your Health Today?

Still recovering from my walk with my PT the other day. It was only a little over 2,000 steps, but my legs are still tired from it.

The rest of my health is hanging on.
 
My health? Diabetes is getting the best of me, especially my feet. Neuropathy with burning and stinging nerve pain.
 
On paper it's reasonably good. I doubt that I will remain unscathed after 40 years of smoking. I'm guessing COPD over cancer. I'm also pre-diabetic but that can be reversed.

How do I feel? Pretty darn skippy, thanks! Just found out I had a vitamin B deficiency so I've been taking B12 for a few weeks and am amazed at the uptick in my energy level.

Not great Saturday around breakfast i got this urge to use the facilities and it was very greasy and loose since then I've been gassy and crampy! Kicker is i didn't have anything greasy! Pepto is doing next to nothing for the cramping I've been eating bland non gassy food too! So annoying and driving in the car was a bitch the bumps and potholes were stirring me like a pot of gumbo!
 
So I have apparently got what is going around...Upper respiratory...headache...probably all from going out to dinner with people last Saturday.

I feel like shit, but had to do a 3 hour meeting this afternoon because it was the only time to slot it in.
 
Perfect.

Except for the remains of two Syphilis infections, which will never leave.

And the brain-damage from my accident.

Last night I figured out the best combination. Tramadol and ibuprofen allowed me to sleep through the night. Learning how to do household chores in a different way. For example, purchased a wheelchair so that I can put the detergent behind my back, fill a kitchen garbage bag with dirty clothes put on my lap, then wheel myself down to the basement to wash them. I am lucky my apartment is 1 level and there is an elevator in the building. Now shopping, I rely on relatives. Cleaning myself, a fuck buddy comes over to help me bathe.

I had gone to the doctor's on Monday. The bandage was changed. I go back in 2 weeks to have the stitches removed and to have an x-ray to check on the healing.
I will be on short term disability until Feb. 5th from work. The doctor said it would be 6 weeks until I can put weight on the leg. I no longer need to take pain medication. I just take ibuprofen when I go to sleep as I tend to move around in my sleep.
 
I'm on my way into the Doc this morning to see about the broken bone in my foot.

But my cold is so shitty at this point that I think I will ask him to just prescribe Enditol.
 
I got an unexpected wisdom tooth extraction yesterday. I went in to get an old filling replaced (a minor ten-minute job) but it turned out there was more decay than expected so it would have ended up more filling than tooth, so out it came, though not without a struggle. The procedure itself wasn't too painful. It only really hurt afterwards when they gave me the invoice.

Kind of shitty think my dad had a slight cold, think he passed it on to my mom and me I just got over my damn allergies now I have a sore throat and a slight sniffle.
 
I'm sure he did it on purpose. Just to upset you.
 
Again health isnt great Puffing on my nebulizer right now, so from minor cold asthma has been triggered 👿
