Sorry for the late reply. Well, It took me 1.5 years of pretty intensive ass training. :') Buy a couple of Dildo's, that should help a lot and try to relax your asshole as much as you can. ;') Practise Practise Practise and you will succeed eventualy. I used to have a really tight little poophole and now I'm getting an adult mans fist shoved up my ass!

I am also very much into ass gaping.
After about one year of training, I play now every morning with 3 plugs from 6,5cms diameter up to 10cms. It's a bit painful sometimes but so good !!
