Does anyone have a hydrocele? I was diagnosed with this when I was a kid. I never got it fixed.
 
Yup, pain in the add (well, right nut). I have to be careful about how I wear cock-rings.

Maybe mine is not so bad. It's just annoying sometimes, but it doesn't really hurt per se. Is yours big? Mine is on the left.

Small, but sometimes gets aggravated by cock-rings or some types of cock and ball bondage. Sometimes extra sore after a heavy CBT session.
 
I guess I can't really tell if it's sore or not. I've kind of always had it. How do you know?

Well, if it doesn't hurt, its not sore, is it?

If you feel a burning pain that is NOT normal ball pain, its sore. If you can't tell the difference, hit yourself in the balls a few times or give 'em a good squeeze - you'll notice the difference in sensation. :p
 
Mine hurts once inawhile it is big about the size of a baseball Dr. said it has to get bigger before they will do anything for it .:confused:
 
Mine is the size of a... oblong shaped marble. You probably wouldn't notice if you were starring at it.
 
I had one when I was 13...my right nut was pretty huge....had surgery to get it fixed...it's all good in the hood now
 
I have it. About the size of a very large goose egg. My urologist looked at it, said it was about the size of his. Not to worry. Might go away..and might not.
