Hygiene Question

I usually pride myself on being totally cleaned out for anal, but twice now with one fuck buddy, I've had a little, uh... embarrassment happen. He says he's OK with it, but it definitely kills the mood.

I use a couple of enemas, then I put a soapy dildo up there, and if nothing comes out, I usually figure I'm all set to go. What I was wondering is if there is anything that I could use maybe once each time, like a larger douche, that is specifically tailored for gay male hygiene. I've never found anything online.

Does anyone know of anything that is more sure-fire than what I'm doing? (The last embarrassment was today, and I was certain I was all set... Nope. )

have you tried gloves (food preparation gloves) and soap in the shower?

What you do is sit down on top of the drain hole in the shower, finger your ass hole with soap and water until nothing comes out. Don't breath, that helps to push things out of your hole.

Anal sex is dirty and painful. Thats why i don't like it.

The problem with douching is that it really doesn't accomplish what you intend it to accomplish unless there's stool in your rectum.

Normally stool collects on the colon right side of your body. If you eat a meal or this starts a process that moves the stool to the left side of the colon where it passes to the rectum. That's about the time that you feel like you need to take a dump.

By douching, a lot of what you're doing is starting movement in your colon. You're also adding water. By putting soap into your ass, you're also adding an irritant that is going to start your colon moving. So, anything that is over on the right side of colon gets all watery and starts moving to your rectum.

Try cutting down on the douching. Don't put soap or a dildo in your ass. Add more fiber to your diet. Avoid big meals before anal sex. Make a trip to the bathroom before sex. If necessary, take a quick shower, and use a washcloth to clean the outside. You can insert your wet finger and check that you're clear but don't put soap on it- water and/or a little water-based lube should be enough.
