She certainly doesn't do religion any favours. The people who indoctrinated her should be put out of our misery too to stop them creating more monsters like her.
 
I'm not even sure what to say. I have long believed that the members of the Westboro Church, well, sort of lived in their own world. The view things differently than the rest of us. And in a way I feel kind of glad, not the best word, that they are out their doing these things that are so aggregious to fellow humans, because they disclose the lack of love that so many Christians spout. If you truly believe in the bible, in my opinion, you love thy neighbor as thyself and do not judge. Prey for the wandering soul, but do not judge. She, like so many of this church are so entrenched in their beliefs that they are blind to the fact that their actions are actually detrimental to spreading their own beliefs. To get to the point of my response, I think the saddest part of any protest that you see this group involved in is the images of children who have not had the chance to form their own opinions of the world. They are being put out front in many cases in an attempt to show that even the young recognize what is wrong. Her appearance, her words, her actions scare me far less than seeing true innocents being manipulated for their cause.
 
Unbelievable, I have never seen anyone so full of hatred for everyone, she is a proper nut job, how someone can think like that I am very happy to say is beyond me, she should be locked up, to stop her causing more pain and hurt to others.

LOL! I am the same way. She's just SO out there that everytime I hear her ranting on and on, I can't help but giggle. She's just so crazy it's hard to even get mad. I really don't know why people give the Phelps air time. What loonies!
 
I don't know why any news agency interviews anyone from the Phelps KLAN. They are horrible people; the whole lot.

hey typical, don't be sorry for the post your actions to save the girls life (your oath as a dr) and the integrety plus support of your chief of surgery eased some of the vileness of this thread.

Is it me or should much of the blame be on the Fox News's of the world for allowing idiots like Phelps to have a voice in the first place?

It is all very well for Hannity & Colms, and Tyra to express outrage at their guest's opinions... but I am sure they were all clamoring to get her on their respective shows to boost ratings.

What low-lifes like Phelps want is publicity for their sick and twisted thoughts. The more they get it, the worse they become.

Maybe we should put Phelps, O.J. and Michael Richards into a locked room together and give them sharp pointy objects to play with...

Sorry for the yelling but if we don't let them on TV and don't talk about them in the papers, what power do they have? What can they do?
