I'm quite solidly on 34 at the moment, so that's good. I'm thinking I might be nearly thin.

You can't really go by pant size, depending on the brand, I am either a 30 or a 32, actually, in one brand I am a 29! If all your other clothes still fit you, I wouldn't worry.
