I am getting into J-rock.

I've been watching Naruto, and Asian Kung Fu Generation's "Haruka Kanata" opening for them is almost identical to their Full Metal Alchemist opening theme "Rewrite".

I love them two! X Japan are awesome too... Blood are, too. Bit Mizer-ish, though, if I'm thinking of the band I think I am :) I'm always planning to try out Dir en Grey, but never got around to it.

Now, this may be of interest to those in this thread. I have heard that apparently, Gackt (Vocals - Malice Mizer/Solo) is starting a band with Yoshiki (Drums, Piano - X Japan). And having looked the sources up again, apparently it will also be with Sugizo, lead guitarist and violinist from Luna Sea.

J-Rock Supergroup in the making!
 
I had some bands to add but all of them have been listed. I love j-rock, especially D'espairsRay.
 
Hey, I have a question:

I found that I really, really liked HYDE's "Season's Call" single and I was wondering if his other stuff (either in L'Arc~en~Ciel or solo) is similar to that. I liked the energy and the power of his voice in that single. If I wanted stuff similar to it, what should I go for in terms of HYDE's work?
 
I completely love Kumi Koda, Hikaru Utada, and have Ayumi's NEXT LEVEL. I can't really listen to a lot of Ayumi. Her voice is too high-pitch for me.
 
I first heard Fonogenico from watching xxxHOLiC and now I can't get enough.
