Years ago I altered a photo with an app, giving myself a dramatically broken nose…

…but last night was less comical:

I just realized that I wear a lot of these green t-shirts!
I spent the night in the hospital, and my nose and left wrist are broken. It might easily have been far worse, so I count myself fortunate.
Any advice?

Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear it! :(

I don't really have any advice, except do what the doctors tell you, take pain killers if you need to, take it easy, and don't do anything that puts stress or strain on your wrist. I don't know what to do about your nose, just let it heal, and I guess the doctors would have to decide if they need to do any procedures to correct the injury or reset your nose. Barring other health factors which may have contributed to the incident, such as possible vision, hearing, balance, or cognitive issues which could put you at risk for accidents, I don't see that there's much else you can do.

What were the conditions when the accident happened? Was it dark and not well-lighted, or was the curb not well marked? You might want to avoid taking a walk at night or at places that have obstacles which can make you trip and fall such as curbs in the future.

What did the emergency room do to treat the wrist and the nose?
