i came out to my parents against my own will this morning

Well, I guess it could be worse. I'm sorry it happened now though, I know that does suck. But at least you got it out of the way. I'm sure in time everything will get better. Most things usually do. Just hang in there.
 
Just ignore your dad and let him process it.

When he approaches you about it, which he will do at some point, just talk to him about it, tell him it's fine, that you're not ill, it's normal and that you would love for him to support you.
