  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

I CAN'T Have a boyfriend =(

awwww thats so cute and hilarious and a little sad at the same time :P

but she certainly has self confidence:P

lol, Matt that cracked me up. But what is she being told at home?

What amazes me is that she already understands what society expects as a normative pairing pattern.

She isnt being taught anything at home in the regards to who has to be with who.

She sees cartoons -- there is a mama bear -- a papa bear and baby bear.. thats it. I actually live in the same home as her. I have had a boyfriend over but I dont sit around making out with him in front of her and discuss why two boys love each other. She just turned 5. I dont see what the point is to teach a 5 year old that.

She is actually a really smart kid. She has been reading books for the last 6 months and jumps online and types in her own web addresses. Of course we have to sit with her because of all the crazyness out there.

She watches a LOT of Disney movies that involve the princess and the prince. So what she understands as far as that comes from movies and tv and of course having a mom and dad.

Look what she said when I said I want to go on a date with a boy -- she mentions I cant wear a dress--- her image of a date is getting dressed up to go to dinner.. from where? the movies.. cause her mom (my sister) Does NOT wear dresses.. EVER.

Matt. I think you misunderstood what I wrote. I meant it more as if she was being taught that its ok for 2 boys to be in love etc. She is a smart little girl thats for sure and I'm sure she would grasp what she was being told. I truly didnt mean it any other way.

I guess I came off wrong in the way I was saying that -- lol

I wasnt taking it as offensive at all.

BECAUSE, YOU'RE NOT A GIRL! you're not a girl. im serious. lol. she is adorable

Look out! There is a lil boy behind you.

Yeah, what does she think about girls liking girls?

LOL!

She reminds me of my oldest niece who is also five, turning six. Yeah she learns about the stuff through Disney movies and the stuff on tv. LOL It is adorable. Also I don't know why but kids these days are getting smart! She can turn on the dvd player and the Wii!

Cute, but maybe you could teach her that some boys like other boys instead. I agree that making out with your bf in front of her is not the way to do this!

Oh, and you definitely SHOULD have a boyfriend. Adorability runs in the family, it seems!

first of all....you're cute...and i love your accent :P :D.....and secondly...she's so cute and very smart........and last but not least....feed the little kid behind you...i don't know how much snot he’s got left :D

I am pretty much just responding because when I clicked the link, I realized that I have been subscribed to you on YouTube for a few weeks now!

Love your videos!

Well i don't see anything too wrong with it its just sweet my own nephew's and niece's always knew me as uncle jasper when they where small and when i met my partner "Kevin" they just assumed aunts and uncles lived together so he was always called auntie Kevin which was sweet when they where little its just that they have grown into sweet caring intelligent young men and women the youngest now being 19 and do you know what they still all love their auntie Kevin and even still call him it.

^^A wonderful story. It makes all the difference, doesn't it, when they grow up around a couple whose normal is Uncle Jasper and Auntie Kevin.
