ILCW ignorant neighbors.

My neighbor has a crew working next door, says he is building a garage. I told him he has no building permit and it is too close to my property (5 feet). He told me to "mind your own fucking business".

So I called city hall they will follow up.

ICLW people like that!

Some guy here did that a while back and ended up with several thousand in fines. They ordered him to tear it all down and restore the ground -- and he failed to get a demolition permit....
