But sometimes they DO have some good models, but the weird grunting, the afore mentioned jockstraps and the very next scene with the kind of model you just mentioned ruin it again. And then there still is the fact* that this is not just "bareback porn" but "bug-chaser" porn. Double yuck :(

* fact for me = in my personal opinion, they might see it different.

I respectfully disagree. Among the bareback studios, TIM is my favourite.

I like jockstraps and find they frame a bubble-butt nicely. As for the model variety, I find TIM is better than Dick Wadd, though not as varied as Hot Desert Knights.
I still prefer TIM, though....Dick Wadd models are consistently hot, but in a "Butch Circuit Party Queen" kind of way. You can almost hear the Kylie Minogue compilation in the background. The roughhousing often feels fake and scripted, too - well, at least to me, TIM videos have much better energy to them. It's like Niggaz Revenge - there is such a thing as trying too hard. HDK has had a few hotties like Titpig in their videos but a lot of unattractive (in my opinion) men too.

As for the HIV+, I think if it is obvious to us, it is also obvious to the actors, so they make their own decisions.

I love bareback movies, TIM used to be one of my favorite studios but you are right, it's like they use the same pool of men over and over. I am tired of seeing Brad McGuire, he actually looks somewhat creepy to me. Also, some of the random gangbang scenes where a guy is just lying there and an endless line of men pump and dump - a lot of them clearly look sick. It's somewhat offputting.

At least with Jake Cruise/Cocksure/Chaos Men, etc.. the guys look clean and healthy. As of late, TIM likes to round up the scuzziest kind with ridiculous leather apparel and piercings to boot. I thought that was HDK's market.

Sometimes TIM have interesting premises, one of the last releases had two latino brothers fucking and it was hot. A few years ago, they had a guy who was supposedly hypnotized... that was somewhat amusing. But I'm tired of seeing Christian, Dawson... some guy who has a big nose and a huge dick (don't know his name, sorry, he's in pretty much the last 10 titles TIM released... it's the same people.

I want to see fresh faces and healthier looking people. I don't know if anyone gets off on seeing people who clearly look sick (ie sallow face, sunken cheeks covered with facial hair, flat asses, etc). Not my thing.

I've met the guys from TIM a couple of times and they are stand up people. If someone comes along that is negative and a chaser they promptly turn them away. Nevermind the moral obligations it would be illegal for them to allow that to happen.

That wasn't the issue that I was addressing though. I was simply defending the inaccurate information posted about TIM's business practices as I know them.

If someone is a bug-chaser that would imply that he IS aware of their HIV+ status.
If 99% of them are HIV+ already (yikes!) doing bareback porn still is a bad idea and lowering their longevity significantly .. and that again makes watching it again like watching a grim reaper ..
