and people started doing the parody on the two reporters:

Here's your translation:
I am Zhang Huijun, executive director of American Multimedia Television USA . My question is this: in the changeover where control of assets / capital is the priority, the supervision of state-owned assets function is immediately a topic that everyone is generally concerned about. So, as the Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, what new measures will you introduce in this sphere during 2018? This year coincides with the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up. Our country must further expand its opening to the outside world. General Secretary Xi advocated the One Belt One Road initiative, and state-owned enterprises invested more heavily in countries along the Belt and Road. So, how can the overseas assets of state-owned enterprises be effectively supervised to prevent the loss of state-owned enterprise capital? What regulatory mechanisms have we introduced? What about the effect of supervision? Please give us a brief introduction. Thank you.

The long-winded reporter in red, Zhang Huijun, is from a Chinese language station that broadcasts here in the US. In spite of the name "American" it's actually a partner of Chinese state-owned media. The woman in blue is from a Chinese business channel and she's annoyed by the fact that the woman is brown-nosing so much in her question. The question was probably given to her by Chinese government media which is why it sounds more like a propaganda statement ("we", "our country" instead of a question.

This woman in blue is obviously a pawn in thrall to the decadent ways of the West. Look at that slutty face-paint and jewellery.

Madam Mao does not approve.

Except for the fact that Madam Mao was an actress before she became Madame Mao.

Seriously?
Any woman put on makeup is slutty?

No slutty make-up when rousing the Proletariat to work harder and harder to build the next dam.

I was pretty sure that you didn't understand Mandarin. Now I know for sure. :rotflmao:

She was put on trail,
interesting looking back and see the same uniform worn by everyone male and female alike ...

I think she's pretty good in this number, sucking and pissing at the breast of history.

:=D:

I adore this work by this kinda-cute man (who I've been told is an Oregonian)

But you should be able to hear Madam Mao's ANGER.

And listen to that throbbing rhythm!

I am the wife of Mao Tse-tung
who raised the weak above the strong.

When I appear the people hang
upon my words, and for his sake
whose wreaths are heavy round my neck
I speak according to the book.

When did the Chinese people last
expose its daughters? At the breast
of history I sucked and pissed,
thoughtless and heartless, red and blind,

I cut my teeth upon the land
and when I walked my feet were bound
on revolution....

... Let me be
a grain of sand in heaven’s eye
and I shall taste eternal joy.

..Have you watched Doctor Atomic?

Not yet, I will seek it out.

I was disappointed in the 'The Death of Klinghoffer. It had too much singing and not enough of that amazing, campy, driving rhythms that shine in 'Nixon in China'.

... Is he an Oregonian? ...

He looks like an Oregonian. Isn't his mother from Oregon?

I heard he goes to a cabin in the mountains to compose.
