Well, sort of at least.

I mean, I'm not running around the hills listening for the music or anything, and I didn't take a set of old drapes and make clothes for a bunch of kids, but. . .

Let me explain. In the bathroom, there is an open shelf under the sink. It's open mainly because there's no room for doors. Well, there's room to put the doors on, but we wouldn't be able to open them.

Anyway, I got tired of looking at all the piping and laundry detergent and other stuff under there, so I took some old upholstery material and made a set of curtains to hang up there.

At least when my sisters come to visit they won't have to see how long it's been since I've cleaned under there.

I must say, though. . . the curtains are the prettiest shade of blue-grey.

We could have a thread on making drapes.
As far as I know I've never done anything so clever.
What is a flibedijibbet? Perhaps we should stick with clowns.
How about a stanza of "Bring on the clowns."

If it involves thread and a needle, it should work.
We haven't needled people at JUB in about 24 hours.
Or maybe we could try seeing if we could pass people
through the eye of the needle.

Does anyone know how to do that?:=D:

My Biblical studies are a bit rusty. I think it involves having Jesus give all your riches to a camel. Or something.

It involves rich people going to heaven...

Apparently they are afraid that the rich people would make the Real Estate prices go through the roof in heaven

Oh Neil, you are SO one of my favourite things!

Raindrops on kittens
Whiskers on roses
Satin sashes in schnitzel
And crisp eyelashes with noodles
Wild gees that fly with their wings tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things...

Ponies in dresses
And warm warm doorbells
And brown raindrops
Girls with blue whiskers
Tied up with noodles
Wild kettles that fly
With bright copper wings
These are a few of my favorite things...

The dog bites
The bee stings
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I feel so bad.

Lashes that sting on colored girls
Tied up with blue satin sashes
Wild brown girls
Tied up in warm string
Wild wild white girls
That melt into nose cream
These are a few of my favorite things...

"It is easier for a camel to pass thru the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven"

<end Bible study>

I was so relieved to learn that you hung curtains over the gaping hole. I was so afraid you were going to say you had mounted a mirror there. If you ever do mount a mirror, exercise utmost care, please.

"Oh, this? I saw it in the window and I just had to have it."
