1. First of all, Just because someone has a prison record, doesn't mean that they don't know how to wipe an ass properly or to clean a foreskin. In addition, what you say is not true in all areas. Some places won't even hire people with prison records. I don't see what the difference is between someone brushing your teeth, wiping your ass, cleaning the foreskin, basically BATHING AND SIMPLE HYGIENE! People need to grow up and get over this "eww"/"haha" factor they have with the foreskin when it's part of their job to clean a person's body.

I merely suggest that since ex-cons have taken over those responsibiities in the US, most of us see the cleaning of patients' foreskins as less appropriate and certainly less desirable.

Cleanirg a foreskin is a repulsive thought to me, but cleaning someone's feces is even more repulsive, because I have problems with copraphobia.

My generation is getting to retire. For a while, caregivers won't have to worry about this issue, because Baby Boomers are overwhelmingly circumcised. But as you have correctly noted, there will come a time that all of that will change. Generation Yers have a less common rate of circumcision than we Baby Boomers, so future caregivers will probably have to learn to clean foreskins.
