thank you guys, ya'll rock. its still not totally sunk in. i feel like i am going to jump out of my skin. i know this is a normal life experience, but its something i thought i would never have. i feel like i just got handed wings.

..| I think you are the perfect age for going back to school, especially design school. I got my interior design degree in my 30s, but my work has been primarily as a furniture designer, which was what I wanted when I studied ID. Design school required very long hours - it's not hard, it's just time consuming. There was one woman (or girl) in my class who could do beautiful watercolor renderings in just a few minutes flat, but she was the exception. If you love what your are doing, you will do well.
