Last night, I got a text from some random number saying she just gave birth. She just wanted to let me know. My first thought was who the hell is this and I definitely know I'm not the father. I have never been with a woman and I have no interest whatsoever to even try it out with a woman.

Fortunately, I didn't say that. I responded, "I'm sorry who is this?"

She replied this is so-and-so at address. Then it occurred to me. Oh yeah that couple's been pregnant. Nice young couple. I rent one side of a duplex to them. The other side also a couple of yuppies.

This makes it like 12th or so baby born while living in one of my rental units.

I may not have any kid. But I'm providing a roof over their heads. Ha!

Their unit has 2 bedrooms. That's perfect as they can have their own room and a baby room.

And if they are good tenants, you absolutely will give them a present like a gift certficate or something they can use to help offset the horrific costs of a baby.

Don't be cheap about it either.

I know right? I'm glad that my good tenants are breeding so I can have more head counts.
