I had a $57 Dollar Glass of Champagne today . . .

well I got a haircut out of it, too.

For years I have had friends cut my hair, at times I was even known to chop my locks. So today at work I realized I had a hair emergency and made an appointment at a high end salon. My gawd it's so nice to have someone pour you a glass of champagne and meticulously and graciously cut your hair. What a treat!!!!

Couldn't wait to get home and pop a bottle of champs!!!!

^You did - well in that case you get less ripped off. Haircuts here run 10 bucks and I know I can get champagne for 30 a bottle so a glass would run about 3 bucks from the bottle at most. Total = 13 bucks...

And this has what to do with the thread? The haircut wasn't 100 bucks. I was simply pointing out the facts. But in Vancouver yes I could see a single glass of champagne running 20 bucks...overpriced place that it is...

You brought up how haircuts are $10 where you are and anything more would be a rip off. I stated I'd rather get "ripped off" (excessively, thus the $100) than live in an area where haircuts were only $10.

i had a glass of champs at the salon, i got the haircut on my dinner break while at work. champs really puts you in a good mood for work. i can understand the three martini lunch now.

i loved the champs so much, i bought some Cava sparkling white wine and tossed in some strawberries when i got home. lol
