Hey everyone.

This is a really odd situation, and this post may sound strange, but I am currently crushing hard on Shia LaBeouf. I seriously have no idea why. I just watched Indy IV and then started watching more movies of his, looking at pictures of him, posting on fansites...

The reason this is so odd for me is because I've never had a crush. Never. I'm a bisexual male who has some sexual experience with both sexes, and when I want to get to know someone, I go for it.

But I can't know Shia. I can't relate to him. I just find him to be insanely attractive.

I feel pathetic because it's been about a week since I saw the film and I still can't get over him. Gah, I don't want to feel like some crazed maniac! I just want to be able to look at him every now and then and acknowledge his beauty (like how I do with other male and female celebs such as Natalie Portman, Channing Tatum, or Kirsten Dunst) and not crush and obsess over him. He's unattainable for crissake!

So yeah...Very odd situation and odd question, but can anyone relate? Has anyone had a similar issue? How can I get my mind off of him?
 
Everyone at some point in time has had celebrity crushes... I usually have crushes on characters though, not so much the person.

Like I was in love with Garrett Hedlund from Four Brothers...but when I saw him in Troy I got over it...lol.

Watch Even Stevens and maybe you won't feel as strongly as you do.

lol, I remember Even Stevens. What's with all these Family Channel actors making it big now?

Observe Jake Gyllenhaal in Jarhead, lawliet, and maybe you'll change your mind.

Just kidding.

But once you go on a few dates with a guy in real life who you like, you'll forget all about your celebrity crush. Trust me on that one.

I find him totally unappealing and can't figure what the fuss is about.

Anyhoo, a celeb crush is totally normal.

Until you become a stalker.
 
I went through the exact same with Justin Timberlake, and still do to an extent.

I can't watch the video for Senorita without wanting to kill the women in it, and then myself. He is just so amazingly gorgeous in that video.
 
Celebrity crushes are fun. I happen to have a big one on James Marsden. They're normal and healthy (unless you become some crazed stalker!)
