I hate Valentine's Day club- join here

Is there anyone among who hates this holiday as much as I do. Derek and I aren't doing a darn thing for it. To me Valentine's day is simply a way to make single people feel miserable and that they have to find somebody to trying to make people that are in a relationship assholes if they don't spend $$$ for their significant other. Derek and I are just going to stay in. For those of you who hate Valentine's day, join in here!!

Despite the fact that this will be the first time in 11 years that I've got a boyfriend, when I was single, I actually liked Valentine's day.

I'd just ask everyone to be my Valentine. Having a Valentine has nothing to do with being in a relationship. I just took the day to tell all my loved ones that I loved them.

So be my Valentine you grinches or I'll drag out the bull whip!!

Just another meaningless, stupid retail holiday. This is the 21st century. Are we actually still "celebrating" this nonsense? If you have someone, everyday is Valentines Day. If you don't, it doesn't mean anything and on February 15th, all those chocolate-laden hearts will be stale and 60% off.

This is probably the dumbest holiday of the year.
