I just met a really hot guy. He really liked my place and he wanted to move in with me. I wanted to rent a room to him cuz I wanna live with this hottie so bad. I asked him his face pics after I met him for the first time and he did send me a few...and he knew that I really like him cuz I told him so. I invited him to go swimming at my place today and I told him that he could use my master bathroom on the third floor and he followed me there. I do believe that he didn't lock the bathroom door but I was scared to do shit anyways. I went to my bathroom after he finished and I saw him put the shades all the way down? I didn't do that cuz my master bathroom is on the third floor and I always put it halfway. I asked him why he pulled the shades all the way down? here he responded me:
Can't have neighbors seeing the lochness monster ( with 2 smiling face).
I am pretty sure guys don't send guys their faces when they first met?
My straight friends, straight roommates never talk to me like that ( my cock is big....)
What do you guys think? I really like him and I just met him twice. He is a really cool guy with a big personality and I can tell that he likes me and he feels comfortable around me. Should I let him know how I feel for him? I know we just met each other twice and he will move in with me in August,
Thanks in advance...
In the past, I let another hottie to share my master bathroom with me and he pulled the shades down half way. I asked him why and he told me he didn't want others to see his cock

There's a lot of red flags in your opening post.

As a general rule, it's not a good idea to mix business and pleasure. Either you're his landlord or you're his friend or you're his fuckbuddy. It's a bad idea to try to be any combination of these things.

What could happen? You're fuckbuddies and he decides he no longer will pay rent. You're fuckbuddies and one day, he decides to take your valuables to a pawn shop and exchange them for cash. You're fuckbuddies and you wake up to discover he's got a girlfriend/boyfriend/relative living in his room. You're fuckbuddies and he finds out where you hide your cash/credit cards/checks and he disappears with them.

^Those of us who have been around have seen people make mistakes like these.

This is someone that you just met. You don't know much of anything about him other than you find him attractive. That's not a good basis for a sexual relationship, a friendship or a business relationship.

I do believe I can trust him. I sent him pic of my wallet with a lots of money on it and he said : Ha ha no you are a good man I could never take advantage of you like that.
I just wanted to know what kind of guy he is?
I asked him to send me his face pics the first time we met and he did send me a few.... I asked him to send me a new one and he did take a pic to send it to me. He also told me : Here is my fresh one my brotha.
He didn't lock the door while changing before we went swimming and took a shower in my master bathroom. He knew that I was right there.
When I asked him why he pulled the shades all the way down while taking a shower then he said: Can't have neighbors seeing the lochness monster ( crying faces)
Im pretty sure that my straight friends, my straight roommates won't send me pics if I ask ( weirdo). They never tell me that they have a big one. They don't talk a bout cock period.
I used to live with this handsome guy. just look at his pretty face then it made me happy.
I really appreciate for your help or advice.

How much of an age difference is there between you and him?

This sounds so bizarre to me. Maybe I'm too old, of a different culture.
Sending pictures of a wallet?
Seeing anything in the action of locking a bathroom door?

What about a 30 minute conversationion?

Cuz I have about 4 K in my wallet this time. Sometime I just sent pics to my friends, my roommates for fun.
What I am trying to tell you that people lock the doors while using the bathroom so no one can come in. He didn't lock the bathroom door while I was standing outside the bathroom.

20 years. He wanted to move in with me cuz he really liked my place for the first time he came look at the house. He wanted to move in right away and he said he wanted to live with me so bad. He would wait to move in next month and stop looking for another place till my place becomes available next month. He also likes my straight roommates as well. He is a very friendly guy and open minded.

I just called him today after 2 days not texting or calling. He sounds like very excited to hear my voice. He always returns my text messages right away. Kara I do believe that you gave me good advices with my other hot roommate long time ago. It took me over 7 years to forget him. Im way older than him but I look very young with my age.

Him... I would describe as an absolute perfect looking guy. He’s fit, he’s got a great body, he’s charming, he’s polite… everything. He is so PERFECT. Girls like him.

I also think this sounds odd.

As a general rule, users don't tell you they're users. They are charming and friendly, and personable and will do what it takes to get ahold of your wallet full of money. That's why they are users. But that's neither here nor there. What ON EARTH would convince you that sending pictures of money to some rando is a good idea? That sounds a lot like you're trying to bait him.

O.K. so some random guy is looking for a place to rent. You think he's hot, but you don't know anything at all about him, he doesn't know anything at all about you, you immediately have a sexual agenda and are scrambling for any justification you can find to convince yourself.

Either you are having a drama, which is fine - as long as you're aware of that and it doesn't consume you. Or you are going way overboard and you're going to eventually creep this guy the fuck out.

Personally, I would never move in with a stranger who sends me pics of cash. I would be immediately concerned about what that guy was thinking that means. Don't do that anymore. It's not funny, it's not clever, even with your friends.

So, advice - I don't know where you live, but here there is a legal solution for tenants with prurient landlords. You seem to be perilously close to the line between crush, and felony. Back off.

This guy certainly does not seem to be sending you signals. Of course, he answers your texts, he's looking for a rental situation - that is NOT looking to be the kept boy of some guy with a house. Crushing on a guy is fine, but the red flags here are yours. Somewhere out there is a healthy outlet for that, this isn't it. Look there.

Plus, HOW do you know if someone locks the bathroom door? Are you checking when people go in there?

No I didn't check people when they go to the bathroom. I was standing there when he went to the bathroom. I didn't hear him lock the door then I walked away. That is all. K I won't send pics anymore. Honestly, I just wanted to be his best friend, nothing else. I didn't do shit with my roommates in general.
I just wanna ask you guys that when I asked him Why he pulled the shades down while taking shower. He said he didn't want neighbors to see his lochness monster. My straight friends, my straight roommates never talk like that.
Thanks for the advice. Of course, I keep distance between my friends, my roommates.

...My straight friends, my straight roommates never talk like that.
I hear straight guys say things like that all of the time. I would say that straight guys are more prone to making jokes like that compared to gay guys.

Gay guys do have a different perspective on situations like yours. Probably the best "what if" scenario that I can give you is if you heard a guy say that he thought a girl was cute. The girl was 20 years younger that he was. He wants her to move into his house to be a roommate but it's not clear whether he is interested in her because he wants the roommate or because he finds her physically attractive. She goes to the bathroom and he waits to see if she locked the door.

What advice would you give to the older guy?

Thanks for the advice as always.... Well I didn't wait to see if he locked the door or not... Just because my master bathroom is attached to my master bedroom. What older guy you were talking about?
I live with hot roommates all the time but I do respect them. I give them space and its just roommates situation, nothing else. I asked you guys a question cuz he sent me his face pics and he said that he had a lochness monster.
Thanks for listening....
