I find that when the top wears a latex condom I tend to get more irated than without. You might need certain type of condom.

How much blood, what color is the blood (dark red or bright red or pink), when does it bleed and have you had bleeding like this before?

If you douched too much, or didn't use enough lube, you could have a hemorrhoid.
If the blood is bright red, or pink, and this was your first time. Then you may have a tear in the Anal Membrane, this could have been caused by a number of factors, including the guy being too rough, not enough lube, both anal sphincter's not being relaxed enough.
Dark red, or a brownish colour, is more indicative of Bowel, and Intestinal problems.
No matter, you do need to have this checked out. Do not worry about finding a "gay-friendly" GP. Your local GUM/STD Clinic, will see
you very quickly and in total confidence.
