I have cramp

(*8*) Aww, cramp sucks. It's really annoying. Overdid it at the gym, or were you just sitting funny?

I got a big stitch from doing over 2km on the rowers at the gym in ten minutes, on the hardest. I was really proud, but I had the demon-stitch-from-hell because of it.
 
Right calf. I was stretching at the end of todays gym session and it just went. My trainer had to hold my leg in the air for five minutes to get it to loosen enough for me to stand up.

That was five hours ago now, and I can still feel it :(

I've gotten away without cramp, or indeed pulling anything - which is weird, because I don't really warm up as such. But then, I have a five minute walk to my gym, and since I start off slowly, all is well.
 
I rarely get them these days but when I do, I normally take an aspirin as soon as I can get my hands on it to help relax the muscle so I won't feel it the next day.
 
you need potassium or are slightly dehydrated...

Ooh, that's what potassium is for! I have part-potassium salt instead of normal salt, because it's apparently better for me *shrug* Figure it balances things better, since standard salt is used in most foods.
