Honey prices are up like everything else.We still can get 12 ounces of clover honey for $1.99 at ShopRite.The brand is Gunthers and it comes from Virginia.It tastes good,and all you need is a small drizzle.I love it with peanut butter on a warm cinnamon raisin bagel

I don't remember it being premium priced. There's not that much honey in it to drive the price up by much.

Just to see what the fuss is about, I mixed a bit of honey in with peanut butter...it wasn't bad, but nothing to rave about either. I'll stick to honey on my oatmeal, and the occasional Reese's peanut butter cups instead.

My favourite now?

Peanut butter, bacon and mayonnaise.

No banana.

Of course, I have only eaten 1/2 of 1. The calorie load frightened me so badly that I decided the next time I would ever eat one would be as a last meal as a condemned man.
