I am a constant victim of hateful comments and discussion from random members of the public working in customer service.

My answer? grow some spine and dish it right back. Confront those who need to be big men or women by belittling others.

It might help that I love a good argument, especially in front of a few people. You might say I enjoy a chance to mass debate.
