It's spam spam spam! 95% of the MS requests I get are from girl spam sites. They even have the means of IMing you! One morning I got an IM from someone (while I was on JUB no les) saying "hello, how are you?" I clicked on the profile, saw it was girl spam, and wrote back "gay, thank you", and blocked her profile.
