Just opened a lovely jar of dry roasted peanuts today.

They're delicious!

I love the "whoosh" sound when you open the jar for the first time.

Pecans and pistachios. Used to be able to eat a canful of almonds at one sitting but now it gives me an upset stomach when I eat more than a handful?

I love peanuts. In Hawaii I used to buy boiled peanuts and loved them.

Almonds. Yum.

Walnuts. Also, yum.

boiled peanuts are a big thing in the southeastern usa (georgia, ala, miss, ect)

they have roadside stands with them boiling hot & fresh, buy them by the pound

I've heard that.

Why is it that the only parts of the US that enjoy boiled peanuts are the SE and Hawaii?
