I've searched enough to realize he is a figment of AI.
The flipped hair alone is distinctive enough to have triggered SOMEWHAT of a match somewhere at least but nothing.

I always appreciate any attempt to help me, seven2go, whether successful or not, so I do thank you! But were such AI pics possible in 2019? I didn’t think so, but maybe they were. And of course the date on the photo may be incorrect.
