Yeah, that's me.

I'm not into the whole gay bar scene and I don't know where else to find gay guys. I'm not one of those guys either that will ask another guy out... they have to make the first move. I have a fear of putting myself out there and then being rejected. I also have fears about being rejected by my family.

I'm a complete mess.

I'm sorry to hear that. I can empathize. It is difficult at first--but you have to realize some day that the most important person you need not be rejected by is yourself. Everyone lets you know in some way at some point, so you can't count on anyone but you as far as making yourself happy.

I can say, that while you're sitting there in fear and judgment, you're losing years that you'll wish you could have back later.
