I have never did this before, but today I was just pushed to far. The company I work for had sent all of us to go to some training, I was the driver for the 5 of us. Let me tell ya the guy gets in the front seat and starts of with the foul language and I told him so many times to put a lid on it. Then he was changing the radio station ordering me to turn off the "Queer Music" By that time I lost my temper and pulled off at the bus stop and made him get out and take the bus back to the store, I didnt feel bad at all. So he comes back and wants to file a complaint on me for doing that. Well I had 3 people that stood up for me and said if i hadent kicked him out they would have. So he thought that he had me in trouble. But he was told if he didnt chano ge his attitude he would be let go. So after a long meeting he decieded that he didnt need the job and he quit. That was the worst person I ever had to deal with.............

I have no problem with foul language at all...I LOVE it and embrace it. The "queer music" comment was a bit much so...good for you!

I dont normally have a problem with the foul language, But my thing was that there was a female present and it was way beyond the vulgar point. Called a woman on the street a "dirty white bitch" because she walked in front of my car. That was when I kicked him out of the car. Never felt so good in my life

I play my queer music proudly and so should you.

The funny part was that the music I was playing was Diana Ross and The Supremes and one comment was to "turn off that dirty white music". I was like you dont listen to music that much do you. Cause she is black.... He tried to start an argument to say she was whie. What a moron!!!!!

Cursing too much does get annoying. But to top it off him telling you to turn off your queer music is when you say, "Well fuck you buddy" and throw his ass out :D

If it was music he diddn't like he should have just shut up and waited until he got to the store or whatever. Pointless to insult the driver...

It's not like you insult a doctor when he is doing an operation on your if you aren't asleep or whatever.

Insulting whoever is in charge of pissing them off is just cutting your own throat.

But that's great that he left. You are lucky that someone like that actually left.

I'll defend foul language until the day I die! But I guess it also depends on HOW you use it. The other day a friend of mine asked me "How do you get away with being so vulgar?", to wich I replied "Talent.". 'Cause I'm vulgar with everyone, regardless of gender and there must be something in the way I use foul language that makes people find it funny and entertaining instead of offensive.

Sounds like your already had some bad blood with this guy. He's lucky you stopped the car before you tossed his ass out.

Even though it was his car it was still at that time a defacto work environment so the use of foul langauge was not appropriate at that time as for the music it his car

Foul language has gotten to be a complete bore...

I don't think that foul always means vulgar but it sounds like he had it coming.

Can you imagine if he started rambling on in text message speak? Yikes!

Not quite. They were on their WAY to the work environment. There's a difference.
In any case, it depends on your bosses. I used to work at a big place wich belonged to the biggest company in Portugal...and our bosses, most of them anyway, were really cool...if we weren't in the presence of clients or the "big bosses", we'd goof around and use foul language as well.
