Well, I gave this advice in another thread, and I'll repeat it:
Get your ass out and wear yourself out physically. Run, bike, swim, hike, row, whatever, just wear yourself out to the point you can barely drag yourself into the kitchen for a bite of nutrition before you collapse in bed. Physical exhaustion really can help unstick an emotional state; give it a try.
