I need to lose some weight myself, I would LOVE to lose 30 in 3 months. Would you mind elaborating a little bit? How healthy? What kinds of meals? ANYTHING from fast food places? (salads?) I need to eat better too but it is hard to get motivated, your success is motivating:=D: :=D:

a key change for me and how my body stores fat/energy was to cut potato etc out of evning meals. So lunch might anhve bread and rice or a smalls erving of fries but dinner is the healthy vegetable/ salad meal with a sensible amount of protein. Snacks became a tin of tuna or a hard boiled egg or some lean chicken.

Good for you! And thanks for telling us how you did it. I'm stunned by the amount of money people will spend looking for some magic pill or quick fix, when it's obvious that the only way to do it is the old-fashioned way: work at it. Fewer calories, healthier food, and more exercise. It can be difficult, but it's the only way to do it.

You should be proud of you, I mean 30 pounds in 3 months, it's a really good start. I have to loose at least 60 pounds,:( so I think that everybody who share their experiences will encourage people to do the same. Can you give us a few examples of what you eat? Thanks again and don't give up!!!!

I swear by walking, not so much for keeping trim but also for clearing out the cobwebs in your head.

Hey I have decided to try and lose some weight now.

Problem is a am a very fussy eater and lazy with it. What sort of ready meals do you suggest that aren't too damaging?
