Homemade pasta, shop bought fresh pasta or dried pasta?

Since before the pandemic and associated food shortages I have had a cupboard full of dried pasta for emergencies. However I am rather partial to fresh pasta, whether it is tagliatelle or Cappelletti with various fillings and topped with a mascarpone sauce. Mmm

Never had that. The McCormick salad sprinkle has a lot of good flavor and makes a good pasta salad with lots of veggies. And add a few handfuls of parmesan cheese even better.

Actually PC Blue Italian dressing has no calories to speak of and is great on a pasta salad. So you can pig out on all the pasta calories and not feel guilty.
