I have a gay Uncle he is 67. between 1981 and 1987 he lost 33 friends and went to there funerals. Back then no one had a clue. For this ass hole to be so stupid it boggles the mind. My partner and I have bareback sex we also have not had sex with anyone else for years. A year back because some things can lay dormant and not show we were tested for every known STD and are clean.

There are guys who romanticize various aspects of sex to the point of risking anything to get it. Like guys who have convinced themselves that oral sex with strangers poses no risk at all. In your friend's case, he is 32 and knows about HIV and AIDs, but he has bought into the belief that unprotected sex will be so much hotter than using a condom and is willing to take the risk. So I doubt scaring him with horror stories about death and dying are unlikely to work. Tell him you love him and want him to be safe and live long. Remind him he can wait until he is in a loving, trusting, faithful relationship for that kind of sex.
