Cockmaster is one I used a lot in high school. Douchewizzle is one I just blurted out one day and I kept using it. Fuckwit is one I learned from my good friend, author Bill Bryson. And finally, any swear word plus the phrase "on a stick" is a favorite of mine. Just be careful to not slip and say "Jesus Christ..." and then add that little phrase, for obvious reasons. Did that once and it was pretty painful. I didn't even mean to say it!!!!!
