To start I don't have the funds to join a gym...I really wish I did but for now I don't. I do have a membership to an aquatics center and I do try to go swimming but one lap and I feel like I'm about to die. We have a treadmill and an elliptical and some 30lb weights. But my main problem is how do I do anything for more than 5mins without feeling dizzy and lightheaded? Everything I've seen or read say that the minimum time spent working out should be 45mins to an hour but 5mins and my body shuts down. Also are there any alternatives to push ups? Whenever I get into push up position or plank when I'm doing yoga my wrists feel like they're about to snap.
