It's a very cool apartment in a great location, but I'm just imagining the custom prairie-style home I could have in the middle of 100+ acres someplace for that same kind of price.

I have never been to NY but I'm sure that there are nicer places than that. It is nice but anything with the Trump name on it tends to have a lot of 'hot air.'
